I found the website extremely easy to use and the service was smooth from then on. The Toyota Vios was delivered on time to my hotel and was in brand new condition. The car was collected from the airport, again, on time and was charged a reasonable rate for petrol used (forgot to stop at a petrol station). I found the service friendly, professional and efficient and would highly recommend these guys if you need a car in Chiang Mai. Excellent!

Thank you for the great service! From start to finish, it was smooth and easy. They bring the car right to your guest house, or wherever you ask them to, and they come pick it up when you're done. Both meeting were friendly and right on time. Questions were answered promptly via email.

I rented a Toyota Avanza from Chiang Mai Wheels to bring my family around during their visit to this great city. The staff from the car rental company was efficient, courteous and fluent in English. Hence, I have no issue communicating my needs to them. Delivery and return of vehicle were at locations of my choice and free of charge. There was no hidden cost. The vehicle was brand new and performed to expectation. My family had a great time seeing the sights around Chiang Mai and I will rent a vehicle from Chiang Mai Wheels again if there's a need for it.

Right from the start, the service from Chiang Mai Wheels had been spot on. My email enquiries were promptly replied to, communication was clear and despite making a few changes to the booking, Miss Pang was patient and professional. On the day of delivery, Mr. Wiro, the owner of the company personally delivered the vehicle to my hotel exactly on time. The vehicle, a Toyota Vios was in excellent condition. It was clean, well maintained and relatively new. On the day of return, Mr. Wiro was once again on time to collect the vehicle at my hotel. To top it all, he even gave us a lift to the airport. I highly recommend Chiang Mai Wheels to anyone looking to rent a car in Northern Thailand.

We had a 5 stars experience with your car rental company! Car delivery at the hotel is a very good service, your staff was very pleasant and professional. Even when we drop the car at the airport with one hour delay (due to traffic jam and intersection missing on the way) she was still smiling so we would strongly recommend renting with Chiang Mai Wheels!

My Toyota Vios was very well maintained and in excellent condition. I rented the car from 18 to 21Jan. We drive to Chiang Rai in the morning and back to Chiang Mai. This is the 1st night driving experience I ever had with limited lighting or totally no lighting road condition. We drove to Sanpatong, Lumphun and around Chiang Mai too. Renting and returning the car is also fast and friendly. They note down the scratches or dents. Mine was OK. Will be renting from you again next trips. Keep it up!

It has been a very easy decision when it comes to renting a car in Chiang Mai. Chiang Mai Wheels has a very easy and good website. It is clear and simple to make booking. The rental rates are reasonable and it also includes insurance and they also provides free delivery of the car to your hotel. I communicated with Miss Pang Sirima through email and she is accommodating and reply fast. She even drives the car to meet us in our hotel on time. The Toyota Vios was less than 6 months old and in very good condition. She also let us extend our rental by 2 hours without charge. Overall the car is excellent and we enjoyed our two days rental in a wonderful and spacious car. We will rent from Chiang Mai Wheels again on our next trip here.
