What if I am not satisfied with the car?

It is rather unlikely as we keep our cars in a good condition, replacing them every 4 years. However, we don't want you to get stuck with a car you don't like, so we offer you an easy way out.

This is how it works:

• 1 We deliver the car as you requested — to the airport or to your hotel.
• 2 You check the car before paying the total.
• 3 You like it? Pay your total and keep the car.
  You don't like it? No problem — we will cancel your reservation free of charge. That's a promise!
